1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Stoa or Morph (the 'Services'), you agree to these Terms. These Services are B2B SaaS products provided by Future Autonoms.

2. Nature of AI Services

2.1. Probabilistic Nature: You acknowledge that Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models are probabilistic. While we strive for high accuracy, Future Autonoms does not guarantee that AI outputs (candidate scores, knowledge retrieval) will be 100% error-free or complete.

2.2. Human Oversight: You agree to maintain human oversight involved in any consequential decision-making (e.g., hiring, firing, legal compliance) based on our Services. Future Autonoms is not liable for business decisions made solely on AI recommendations.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. Your Data: You retain all rights, title, and interest in the data you upload (CVs, Corporate Docs). You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Services to you.

3.2. Our Technology: Future Autonoms retains all rights to the underlying platform, algorithms, vectors, and software.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Future Autonoms shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use of the Services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, UK.
