Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
Effective Date: December 22, 2025
Future Autonoms ('we', 'us') is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle data for our AI SaaS products, Stoa and Morph.
1. Our Role: Controller vs. Processor
- For Website Visitors & Direct Clients: We act as a Data Controller for your account and billing information.
- For 'Stoa' Candidate Data: We act as a Data Processor. The Client (Employer) is the Data Controller. We process candidate data purely on behalf of the Client.
- For 'Morph' Corporate Data: We act as a Data Processor. You retain full ownership of your uploaded documents.
2. Specific Data Processing Activities
A. Stoa (Recruitment AI)
We process audio, video, and text data to evaluate candidates. Important: While our AI provides scoring and recommendations, the final hiring decision is always reserved for the human recruiter. We do not engage in solely automated decision-making that produces legal effects without human intervention.
B. Morph (Knowledge AI)
Documents uploaded to Morph are encrypted and vectorized. Data Isolation: Your data is isolated in a secure tenant. We do not use your proprietary data to train our foundational models shared with other clients.
3. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the service or as required by law. Client data is deleted upon termination of the service agreement and expiration of the backup retention period.
4. International Data Transfers
Your data is stored in secure data centers located in the UK and/or EEA. We ensure appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place for cross-border transfers.
5. Security Measures
We implement AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Access to production data is strictly limited to authorized personnel.
