Clarification Text on the Protection of Personal Data

As Future Autonoms, we process your personal data in compliance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ('KVKK') and the UK General Data Protection Regulation ('UK GDPR'). This text has been prepared to inform you about the processing of personal data related to the use of our Stoa (Autonomous Recruitment Platform) and Morph (AI Knowledge Base) products.

1. Data Categories and Collection Methods

We process the following categories of data depending on your interaction with our products:

  • Identity and Contact Data: Name, surname, email, phone number, and professional title collected during demos or account creation.
  • Professional Experience Data (Stoa): CVs, resumes, interview transcripts, and evaluation scores processed via the Stoa platform.
  • Audio/Visual Data (Stoa): Video and audio recordings obtained during AI-conducted interviews.
  • Corporate Data (Morph): Internal documents, knowledge base entries, and proprietary information uploaded to Morph for vectorization.

2. Purposes of Processing

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Providing AI-driven recruitment and knowledge management services.
  • Conducting automated candidate evaluations and scoring (Stoa).
  • Vectorizing corporate knowledge for semantic search retrieval (Morph).
  • Improving our AI algorithms (strictly using anonymized/aggregated data, never using proprietary client data for public models).
  • Fulfilling legal obligations and invoicing processes under UK laws.

3. Transfer of Personal Data

Since our headquarters and servers are located in the United Kingdom, your personal data is transferred abroad (from Turkey to the UK) based on the legal ground of 'explicit consent' or 'performance of a contract' detailed in Article 9 of the KVKK. We utilize enterprise-grade cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure) compliant with GDPR standards.

4. Your Rights
